In the second quarter, the orders of Kaifa Precision continued to increase steadily, and all employees provided customers with high-quality products and services by overcoming many difficulties and doing their all efforts. In addition, the theme management activity of "combating the epidemic, improving production, guaranteeing quality and increasing efficiency" was carried out for all employees. Through a series of job optimization and improvement activities, Kaifa Precision’s economic indicators and business development continued to improve and make satisfactory achievements.
Carrying out "OP168" management evaluation activities, Kaifa Precision took overall UPH and material acceptance rate as key KPI. On this basis, each department set quality goals and specific measures, and awarded the teams and individuals with outstanding performance.
Production line management model innovation, a certain line of the fine grinding section was used as a test field to carry out PK competition of Class A and Class B with KPI as the indicator. It is a breakthrough from traditional division of labor management of production, technology, and equipment, to overall management of production and technology in a team, to improve resource integration and teamwork capabilities.
Operation and management mode of turning process innovation, Kaifa Precision took turning process as a pilot, merged equipment maintenance and process technology, established integrated process maintenance management structure and supporting management system, and the manpower structure was optimized and combined, work efficiency was greatly improved.
